Redmi Turbo 5 Will Get Dual Rear Camera System, to Next Week Launch in India

The new smartphone of Redmi, one of the big handset companies, will be launched in India soon. The company has given information about the key specifications of Redmi Turbo 5. MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset will be provided in this smartphone. This will be the first smartphone of Redmi Turbo series in the country. This smartphone of Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. There will be a 20 megapixel camera in its front.

Redmi Turbo 5 was introduced in China earlier this year. A separate launch for the upcoming smartphone on e-commerce platform Amazon microsite Has been created. The Redmi Turbo 5 will have a dual rear camera unit similar to its Chinese variant. This smartphone will have a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with support for optical image stabilization (OIS) and electronic image stabilization. Its front will be provided with a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

Redmi Turbo 5 will be launched in India on June 16. This smartphone will be made available in white and black colors. It will be sold in the country through Xiaomi stores and Amazon. This smart fone Octacore MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra will be given as processor. The Redmi Turbo 5 will feature a flat 1.5 K ‘Fluid Display’ with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

The Chinese variant of the Redmi Turbo 5 features a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and a peak brightness level of 3,500 nits. This smartphone has been given MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset. It runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3 based on Android 16. The rear camera unit of the Redmi Turbo 5 houses a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with support for 4K 60 fps video recording. Its front has a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The 7,560 mAh battery of Redmi Turbo 5 supports 100 W fast charging and 27 W reverse charging. It has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Redmi’s sales in the mid-range of smartphones have increased rapidly in the last few years.
