Now 9to5 Google has claimed, quoting ‘reliable sources’, that in addition to the OLED function key panel, the new MacBook Pro variant will also have a Touch ID power button.
The MacBook Pro models are expected to launch in September this year. As mentioned in the earlier KGI report, Touch ID support will be available in the new MacBook laptop, but there was a lack of specific information related to this feature. Now there are reports of this Touch ID coming in the power button only and earlier in the previous iPhone variants, Touch ID was given in the home button only.
The KGI analyst claimed that the new MacBook Pro series will feature faster Intel Skylake processors in addition to USB Type-C and Thunderbolt 3. According to the KGI report, the new variants will feature AMD’s new 400-series Polaris graphics cards.
MacBook launched in April, Intel’s new Skylake architecture was given faster RAM, better battery life. And it comes with a new rose gold color variant.
