Chloe Cherry is ready to return as ‘Faye’ if Sam Levinson remains the director

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter on June 1, 2026, Chloe Cherry said that Euphoria changed her in a lot of ways. She said that she was being praised for her mind and humour. Cherry mentioned that it was a great experience to go through this change and witness that she can do a lot of things. Notably, Chloe was questioned whether she would like to revisit the character in the future. She responded by saying:
“Oh, yeah. As long as Sam Levinson’s directing, I’ll revisit Faye anytime in my life. Honestly. I love working with Sam Levinson on Faye. It’s just so much fun. Yeah, I would revisit Faye at any point.”

Chloe recalled her experience working on the show, stating that she was a different person in school. She appreciated the fact that she was able to meet someone who focused on her talents and told her that she was funny. Cherry said that it changed her life trajectory in a way that she realised that she was smart enough to do a lot of things.
Chloe Cherry opens up on how she connected with ‘Faye’

While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Chloe Cherry said that she was surprised to learn about ‘Rue’s’ death. She praised Colman Domingo’s performance as ‘Ali,’ adding that it was ‘Ali’ who saved ‘Rue’ in the end because it was evident from the beginning that ‘Ali’ was the only person who could help her, and he even tried to do it many times.

Chloe also disclosed how she connected with ‘Faye.’ She said that ‘Faye’ is a person who does not want to have a lot of friends. Notably, ‘Rue’ and ‘Faye’ were close friends, and when the latter discovered that ‘Rue’ was doing the “other stuff,” her reaction was completely different. Cherry said that this was the point where ‘Faye’ asked herself why she was loyal to ‘Rue.’ Chloe continued and said:
“She’s always looking for somebody that she can be extremely close with, because again, she doesn’t have the family to go back to. She doesn’t have any siblings or parents or anything, and her last boyfriend was killed. She turns to Rue as being her best friend and almost family to her, and that’s what Faye is in search of: deep, deep close bonds with people. She really likes to go deep in her personal relationships, and that I relate to.”

‘Faye’ was introduced in the second season of Euphoria. While it was a recurring role in Season 2, ‘Faye’ had more screen time in Season 3. Apart from Euphoria, Chloe has been a part of other projects like Ziwe, Find Your Friends, The Napa Boys, Blood Barn, and Roommates.
