Xiaomi is reportedly working on Xiaomi 17T Pro and Xiaomi 17T that are expected to launch in May and June. The 17T Pro and 17T are likely to be upgrades to last year’s Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro. Recently, the price, color options, specifications and features of Xiaomi 17T and Xiaomi 17T Pro have been revealed. The 17T will have a 4nm octa core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, while the 17T Pro will have a core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. Xiaomi 17T Price
The 12GB + 256GB storage variant of Xiaomi 17T will be priced at EUR 749 (approximately Rs 83,000). Whereas the price of 12GB + 512GB storage variant of Xiaomi 17T Pro will be EUR 999 (approximately Rs 1,11,000). Both these phones will be available in black, blue and purple colors.
Xiaomi 17T, 17T Pro Specifications
According to a report by DLabs AccordingXiaomi 17T will have a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a pixel density of 460 ppi. Whereas Xiaomi 17T Pro will have a large 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 1280×2772 pixels, refresh rate up to 144Hz and pixel density of 447 ppi. The 17T will be powered by a 4nm octa core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra chipset, with a maximum clock speed of 3.4GHz. Whereas 17T Pro will have 3nm octa core MediaTek Dimension 9500 chipset, whose maximum clock speed will be 4.21GHz. Both phones can be equipped with 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 internal storage.
Talking about camera setup, the rear of Xiaomi 17T can have a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 800 primary camera with f/1.77 aperture, while the rear of 17T Pro can have a 50-megapixel Light Fusion 950 primary camera with f/1.74 aperture. Both phones will have a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture. There can be a 32-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Xiaomi 17T series will run on HyperOS 3 based on Android 16. Whereas 17T will have a 6,500mAh battery which will support 67W fast charging. Whereas 17T Pro can have a 7,000mAh battery which will support 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. For connectivity, Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 can also be supported. Talking about dimensions, the length of 17T is 157.6 mm, width is 75.2 mm, thickness is 8.17 mm and weight is 200 grams. Whereas the length of 17T Pro can be 162.2 mm, width 77.5 mm, thickness 8.25 mm and weight 219 grams.
