At MWC 2026, Vivo has introduced its new flagship smartphone X300 Ultra, which has been brought especially keeping in mind pro photographers and content creators. The company also showed two accessories with this phone, which include SmallRig’s video cage and 400mm Zeiss telephoto extender lens. X300 Ultra can be given a 200 megapixel Sony LYT 901 main camera, which will come with 1 by 1.12 inch sensor and 35mm focal length. Along with this, a 200 megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera can be found at 85mm focal length, which is said to be supported by Zeiss APO certification.
Vivo introduced the X300 Ultra at MWC 2026 without sharing much detailed specifications. Vivo says that the X300 Ultra will have a 200MP main camera sensor, as was given in the X300 Pro. Along with this, there is also a possibility of getting features like 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR recording. Complete information related to processor, display and battery can be revealed at the time of full launch.
The most attention was drawn by the Vivo Zeiss Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra 400mm equivalent lens presented with the phone. According to the company, it can offer approximately eight times the optical zoom compared to the native field of view and can be further enhanced with high-quality digital zoom. It also has gimbal grade optical image stabilization and motion tracking focus technology.
Additionally, a pro grade camera cage has been designed in collaboration with accessory brand SmallRig. It is expandable and features multiple cold shoe mounts and quick release ports, allowing users to add accessories like handles, lights, and microphones. It also includes a multi-level cooling fan along with physical shutter and zoom control buttons. Additionally, an external lens expansion frame is also provided, which supports telephoto extender.
This device has been showcased at Mobile World Congress 2026, Barcelona. The company has indicated that the X300 Ultra will be launched in international markets, although information about which countries and at what price has not been given yet. The price of X300 Pro in Europe has been around 1400 Euro, so the price of this model is also likely to be in the premium range.
