Twisha Sharma’s husband, Samarth, who is the prime accused in her suicide case, has surrendered himself in Jabalpur court after 10 days of absconding. Meanwhile, a new video of Twisha has surfaced, adding a fresh angle to the case. The 33-year-old Twisha was having a difficult time at her in-laws’ in Bhopal. She continuously kept asking her mother to take her back to their Noida home, as she couldn’t live there. But who knew that the parents’ demand to adjust in the marital home would end with a dead daughter.
Twisha Sharma’s fresh CCTV footage surfaces
Fresh CCTV footage has been going viral on the internet, adding a fresh angle to Twisha Sharma’s death case. It shows the 33-year-old at a beauty parlour hours before her death. The footage is a crucial part of the investigation as it adds to the missing pieces of the case. Twisha’s in-laws also alleged that she had visited a salon hours before her suicide.
Twisha had visited Expression Beauty Parlour on May 12, 2026, just hours before taking her life. As per the report, Twisha spent around three hours there and got a relaxing head massage. But within hours, she did something which left everyone in shock, especially her parents, who are running in court to get justice.
The family of Twisha believes that foul play was involved in the autopsy of her daughter, which claims that she died by suicide. They urged the court to help conduct a second autopsy in Delhi’s AIIMS. On May 22, 2026, the Madhya Pradesh High Court accepted the plea of Twisha’s family. The order came after her husband Samarth withdrew his bail application and surrendered before the court after being on the run for the past 10 days.
Twisha Sharma’s heartbreaking last texts surface
For those who don’t know, Twisha Sharma hailed from Noida in Uttar Pradesh. As per reports, she hanged herself at the house of her husband, Samarth, on May 12, 2026. Reportedly, the two met on a dating app in 2024 and tied the knot in December 2025. Her last WhatsApp conversation has made it on the internet, wherein Twisha was expressing her anxiety to her friend. Twisha told her friend that she was sitting at home and wanted to do something meaningful with her life.
She also talked about how marriage might create a family, but a person cannot stop working on themselves. In the same chat, Twisha advised her friend not to rush to get married and to think before tying the knot. When the friend questioned if she was fine, Twisha said that she was fine, but missed her home and her friend.
In another conversation with Twisha, via Instagram Direct Message, Twisha looked more worried and tense. She reportedly shared that she felt trapped and told her friend that she should not get stuck in anything like that. She further stated that she could not talk much and would call at the right time.
Twisha’s family claimed that she was subjected to mental harassment and was pressurised to get more dowry after marriage. She was even subjected to domestic violence. The family accused her husband and mother-in-law of the reason behind her death. The family further claimed that Twisha called her mother at 10:05 p.m. on the night of the incident and talked about the harassment she was suffering at her matrimonial home. Twisha’s brother revealed that the call ended abruptly after her husband entered the room. After which, the family kept trying to contact Twisha and her husband, Samarth and her mother-in-law, Giribala Singh. But they received no response. Later, they were informed that Twisha wasn’t breathing.
