The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Dorit Kemsley, is grabbing the headlines for all the wrong reasons. For those unaware, she was recently accused by her ex, PK Kemsley, of spending excessive amounts on luxury brands, even when they were struggling financially. He also added that this was at a time when their LA home was at risk of financial collapse. Now reports suggest that while Dorit and PK are in the middle of their divorce, the reality TV star told him, “over my fu–ing dead body,” when he proposed she move in with him.

According to a May 8, 2026, report by People, when PK Kemsley proposed that Dorit Kemsley move back into his current home amid their divorce, she told him, “over my fu–ing dead body.” It is worth noting that, according to the court documents obtained by the outlet, PK had also invited their two kids, along with her, to move into his current home. Reportedly, PK has moved out of the house that they shared while together, and now he is looking to sell immediately, claiming that it is close to foreclosure.
For the uninitiated, Dorit and PK own a 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom, and 8,901 square foot home in Encino, California. If PK’s claims are to be believed, Dorit has spent around USD 1 million on luxury clothes and other such items, while she made no effort to help with mortgage payments. At present, PK wants the court to approve an immediate sale of the home in order to preserve any remaining equity. PK further added that the home has two mortgages totalling USD 6 million.
As per the court documents, PK claims that their current financial situation is a “crisis.” He stated that despite this and his efforts to engage in negotiations with his estranged wife, Dorit has refused and instead responded with “harassing, caustic, erratic, and deflecting” communications. That’s not all, PK alleged that Dorit even used their daughter to convince him to send them money so they could go on a Spring Break trip. To be more precise, he claimed that the reality star demanded two 50k payments so they could go on the vacation and “threatened that if he did not comply with her demands, she would ruin his reputation and his relationship with his girlfriend.”

According to PK, his estranged wife, Dorit, even trashed him on television, on her show, RHOBH. Dorty claimed that PK did not clearly communicate with her about their finances after the split, and she had no clue that he had stopped paying the mortgage. PK argued that her claims are totally false and said that he had, in fact, informed her about everything. This includes repeatedly warning her about the foreclosure crisis.
PK reportedly claimed that despite his laying the majority of the bills, Dorit is spreading a “false narrative” that it was he who had failed to contribute to solving their financial issues. Apparently, whenever he tries to talk to her, Dorit tends to ramble and is largely nonsensical. Additionally, PK has spent more than a year working on avoiding the foreclosure by sharing emails, financial records, accounting, and lender communications, but to no avail.
It is worth noting that even though PK has requested to sell the home, as per TMZ, the judge has yet to give his ruling on the case. For those unaware, it was Dorit who filed for divorce first, in April 2025, putting an end to their 10 years of marriage.
