For the unversed, Dr. Daniel Feinstein serves as the Critical Care Specialist and Sepsis Codirector at Novant Health. He said in a recent interview that pneumonia symptoms usually include cough, fever, and breathing problems. Furthermore, pneumonia often happens due to bacteria and viruses, along with other organisms. Daniel claimed that pneumonia might or might not cause infections, and the inflammation mostly happens in the alveoli.

Feinstein stated that the response to the infection is called sepsis, which has been a medical emergency for the last few years, as per health experts. Daniel mentioned that sepsis needs immediate treatment if someone can witness the symptoms. He continued by saying:
“Mental status changes when we have confusion. When we have distress of our breathing or an increase in our respiratory rate or we’re reporting shortness of breath or with excursion or at rest, that’s significant. If we have passing out, or what we call syncope, and we have light-headedness.”

Dr. Daniel Feinstein said that while there is a particular section of people who are at risk of being diagnosed with pneumonia or sepsis, it is hard to find the symptoms in those who don’t belong to the same category. However, he said that the young and elderly people, alongside individuals with abnormal immune systems, are at risk. He added that patients undergoing chemotherapy or on certain medications, followed by anyone with infections and having antibiotics for a long time, are also at risk.

Daniel stated that the vulnerable groups have a chance at controlling the situation by breathing faster. But that comes with certain limitations, as it cannot be controlled beyond a certain point. Apart from that, he clarified that pneumonia does not always lead to sepsis and added:
“Our bodies have amazing immune systems that really fight off a large majority of infections. Of course, with the care of your medical provider and with the care as an outpatient. This is a medical emergency, and when we can get to you quickly, we can help patients quite a bit, but time matters.”
Kyle Busch’s wife opens up about her wish to have another child

Social media platforms were flooded with tributes after the news of Kyle Busch’s death went viral. In between that, an old video of Kyle Busch’s wife, Samantha Busch, started trending everywhere. Notably, the clip was taken from an episode of her podcast, Certified Oversharer, which aired in November 2025. She told Ashley George at that time that if Kyle was about to pass away, she would like to have a third kid and name him after her husband. She said:
“I’m a certified over-sharer. So a lot of people ask me what we have done with our embryos because we still have some. I can’t part with them. We are paying to freeze them until… they’re going to have to come with me. I don’t know what else to do at this point because I love them so much and can’t make a decision.”

Kyle Busch and Samantha Busch share two children. In 2015, they welcomed their first child, Brexton, who has already developed an interest in racing. The duo had a daughter named Lennix in 2022, who is four years old as of 2026.
