Rajasthan Royals has signed Punjab spinner Emanjot Chahal as an injury replacement for injured batsman Ravi Singh, the Indian Premier League confirmed in a statement.
The middle-order batsman had injured his hamstring during the Royals clash against the Lucknow Super Giants. He has taken strike for RR just once this tournament and scored 4 off 2 balls.
Emanjot is yet to make his IPL bow and has represented Punjab in just three First-Class matches, scoring 105 runs at 26.25 and picking up 11 wickets at 28.27.
RR is currently placed fourth in the IPL 2026 standings. It will qualify for the IPL Playoffs if it manages to beat Mumbai Indians in its last league game.
