The India U-19 team will tour Sri Lanka for three youth One-Day games and two four-day ‘Test’ matches between July 4 and 23, the SLC announced on Wednesday.
The India U-19 team will arrive in Colombo on June 30 and then travel to Hambantota where it will play three 50-over games on July 4, 6 and 9.
The first of the two red-ball games will be held in Galle from July 13 to 16, while the second match will be held in Colombo from July 20 to 23.
The Indian side’s last engagement was the U-19 World Cup, where it emerged champion by beating England in the final.
Later in the year, the Indian U-19 team will face Australia U-19, starting with a three-game One-Day series in Rajkot from September 18 to 23. This will be followed by two multi-day matches in Rajkot and Ahmedabad.
