In this, people distance themselves from their mobile phones, laptops and social media. Most of the people attending the retreat are in the 30 to 60 age group. About 70-80% of them are women. 90% of clients prefer to organize retreats in areas like Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Spiti Valley.’
