Celina Jaitly has been going through the toughest time personally as her brother is still detained and her estranged husband, Peter Haag has been intentionally keeping the children away from her. Amidst it, an FIR has been filed against Peter Haag for not complying with the order.
Celina Jaitly’s husband, Peter Haag in trouble
Celina Jaitly filed a complaint against her husband, Peter Haag, who is a resident of Austria. The Mumbai police have registered the FIR under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. A LOC was also issued against Peter for non-cooperation in the investigation.
Celina’s husband, Peter, has been accused of portraying cruelty and harassment. The authorities issued an LOC against him and added that he has not been cooperating with the investigation. The FIR has been registered in the Versova Police Station, as per a report by ANI.

Celina, who is blessed with three children, shared a video on Instagram, which left many in shock. She visited her son’s grave, who passed away at a young age. Celina was cleaning his grave and crying her heart out, as she was in Austria for two weeks due to the divorce battle, but she wasn’t allowed to meet her three children. Celina called it a brutal divorce hearing. She penned how she was in Austria for her divorce hearing and, despite taking an undertaking before an Austrian judge, was not brought back to the marital residence to meet her children. She wrote:
“I had no option but to share this devastating video to show the world my trauma as a mother. The last few weeks were the most difficult of my life. I was in Austria for my divorce hearing …. Despite an undertaking before an Austrian judge, my children who were removed to an undisclosed location were not brought back to the marital residence. The only child I got to meet was my son Shamsher, who passed away some time back.”
Celina further penned how it is a story about a mother who has been with her and did everything for them since they were born. She added that she had left her country, her parents, her work and moved from India to Dubai, Singapore, Austria, to be with her husband as she supported him in his career. She added:
“This is the heartbreaking story of a mother who has done everything for her children from the day they were born. I left my country, my parents, my work, & moved from India to Dubai, Singapore, Austria, back to Dubai, Austria AGAIN all to support my husband’s career.”

As per a report in ANI, Celina Jaitly had filed a domestic violence case against her husband, Peter Haag. After which, she announced her divorce and her legal fight to get her children back. As per reports, Celina filed a complaint alleging severe physical, verbal, and financial abuse at the hands of her husband. She claimed that things worsened so much that she was forced to flee their home in Austria in the middle of the night and returned to India on October 11, 2025, leaving her three children behind. Not only this, Celina further alleged that Peter has blocked all her access to her children, and she needs to fight for their custody.
