American devices maker Apple is preparing to launch a new MacBook Air. This laptop may have M4 chipset. It will replace the MacBook Air introduced in March last year, which featured the M3 chipset. The new laptop may have features related to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

There has been speculation for the past few months about the launch of the new MacBook Air. Apple CEO, Tim Cook shared a message on social media platform teaser Video has been posted. It reads, “There’s something in the air.” This is indicating the launch of the new MacBook Air. It can have two display size options – 13 inches and 15 inches. The design of this laptop can be kept similar to the existing MacBook Air. M4 chipset can be found in it. The new laptop may have Apple Intelligence features related to AI. It can be given a Liquid Retina display similar to the current version.

This laptop may have the company’s new nano-texture coating. Apple has given this coating in MacBook Pro. Thunderbolt 3 ports in the existing MacBook Air can be upgraded to Thunderbolt 4 in the new laptop. Apple requires 8 GB of RAM for AI features and because of this the new laptop can have this much RAM as minimum.
