Well, after meeting on the sets of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Brad and Angelina started dating in 2004, and after resisting marriage for several years, the duo finally got married in 2014.
However, in 2016, the couple filed for divorce and by 2019, they were legally divorced. Even though the couple has been divorced, their never-ending legal battle has been ongoing. Brad and Angelina have six kids together, and the legal battle surrounding their kids has also been a bitter one, with reports claiming that many of their kids have chosen to drop Brad’s surname.

A recent report by Page Six also hinted that Brad’s son has dropped his dad’s last name; on the other hand, another report by TMZ recently claimed that Brad has been making secret moves in getting information in a legal battle with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. So, here’s what’s happening. A report by Page Six recently revealed that, Brad and Angelia’s son, Knox has dropped his dad’s surname from his high school diploma.

A source recently revealed to the publication that after graduating from Fusion Academy in Los Angeles, the teenager, who will turn 18 in July, used the name Knox Jolie in his documents. Knox’s recent deed follows a similar step that has been followed by several of his siblings. It was on June 9, 2026, when the duo’s daughter, Zahara, filed paperwork to change her name to Zahara Jolie from Zahara Jolie-Pitt. According to a source:
“Angelina participated in years of family therapy with Brad and the children, for everyone to try to heal after the events that led her to file for divorce. If he isn’t close to the kids, it’s because of the harm that was done. He wasn’t honest about his actions, and it affected the trust between them. It’s been very hard for the kids. No one knows, except them, how bad it has been.”

Brad Pitt is accused of making secret moves in his legal battle with Angelina Jolie
Recently, TMZ reported that Russian vodka giant Stoli had made some claims against Brad Pitt and alleged that the actor had been trying to gain information, secretly, in his legal battle with Angelina Jolie. Brad and Angelina bought a French Winery together, when they got married. When the duo got divorced, Angelina sold her stake to Stoli, which has since been dragged into the legal battle between the duo.
Brad Pitt, in his legal filing, claimed that Angelina needed his approval to sell her stake in the French Winery, as he believed that Stoli had ties to Russia. This claim had been countered by Angelina, however, as per new documents of Stoli, which were obtained by TMZ, Brad Pitt is making secret moves. Stoli filed for bankruptcy in Texas, as reported, and according to them, Pitt’s team requested a subpoena. The subpeona asked the bank to provide the email exchange to the vodka giant, along with questions about Russian ties.
According to Stoli, Pitt already had the documents and didn’t inform Stoli about the subpoena until he had them in hand. Sources have claimed to TMZ that this argument is ‘silly’ as no hearing has happened yet. Another source claimed to the same publication that Stoli and Jolie have a habit of not sharing documents, so some pot and kettle has been going on.
