Interestingly, it was a video that she and Adam22 made about him fulfilling her birthday wish. In the caption, Lena shared that she had asked him to perform the bridge from Taylor Swift’s song, The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived. She admitted that initially, she was worried that the surprise might not go well. But she was left surprised by the result at the end. In her words:
