Samsung has introduced the Galaxy Forever Program for customers purchasing its flagship smartphones in India. This is a special upgrade program in which customers can pay in easy installments instead of paying the entire price of the phone at once. According to the company, under this program, customers can pay about 50 percent of the price of the device in interest-free EMI of 12 months. Samsung Care+ Protection Plan is also included, which is priced at Rs 13,999 and covers situations like accidental and liquid damage in the first year.
Samsung says that through this program, customers can also choose the option to upgrade, retain or return their phone after one year. Currently this program Galaxy S26 It has been made available on Samsung’s official website for users purchasing the series.
How does the Galaxy Forever Program work?
According to Samsung, in this program the customer does not have to pay the entire price of the phone at once. Buyers can pay almost half the price of the device in 12 months no cost EMI. During this period, the phone also gets Samsung Care+ protection, which provides protection against problems like accidental damage and liquid damage. The company says that there is no need to purchase this plan separately, because it is included with the program.

3 options available after one year
According to Samsung, after completion of one year in this program, users get three options;
upgrade option
Customers can apply to upgrade to the new Galaxy S series flagship through Samsung’s website between the 10th and 13th month of purchase. If all the payments are completed and the request is approved, the old loan is closed and a new loan is issued for the new phone.
retain option
If the customer wants to keep the phone, he can keep the device completely by paying the remaining loan amount in one go.
return option
Customers can also return the device by placing a request on Samsung’s website between the 12th to 13th month.

After one year of using the phone, users can choose between upgrade, retain or return as per their need.
Device requirements for upgrades or returns
According to Samsung, certain conditions have to be fulfilled while upgrading or returning the device. The phone should be in working condition and should not be tampered with in any way. This is checked through IMEI number. If the device comes with accessories like a stylus, they will also have to be provided along with it. Apart from this, the phone should be already charged at the time of pickup.
Additionally, the company advises users to back up their contacts, photos, videos and other personal data and remove the memory card or other external storage before returning the device.
