Realme is preparing to launch a new smartphone in the Indian market soon. According to reports, the company can launch Realme 16T 5G in India. Now a new clue has emerged regarding this smartphone, as its model number has appeared on the Indian BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification website. Usually, listing of a device on BIS means that it can be launched in India soon.
The BIS certification shows the device with model number “RMX5268” listed under the Realme brand (via Techoutlook) Has been done. According to the information, this device got certification on March 11, 2026. However, no information related to the specifications of the phone has been revealed in this listing.
In an earlier leak, tipster Abhishek Yadav claimed It was said that the smartphone with model number RMX5268 could be Realme’s upcoming Realme 16T 5G. According to the tipster, this phone can be launched in India in three memory variants, which can include 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage.
It is also said that Realme 16T 5G can be offered in three color options like Starlight Red, Starlight Black and Aurora Green. However, the company has not yet officially confirmed these details.
