Oppo has launched its new foldable smartphone Oppo Find N6, which the company has introduced with many upgrades compared to the previous model. According to the company, this time new technology has been used in foldable phones to reduce problems like creases and durability. It has Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite processor, 6000mAh battery, better hinge design and high-end camera setup. Apart from this, the phone runs on Android 16 based ColorOS 16 and it is claimed to provide software updates for a long time.
Oppo Find N6 The starting price has been kept at ¥9,999 (about Rs 1,26,500), in which 12GB RAM + 256GB storage is available. Apart from this, the price of 16GB + 512GB variant has been kept at ¥10,999 and the price of 16GB + 1TB variant has been kept at ¥11,999. Pre-orders for the phone have started and its sale will start from March 20. According to the company, initial buyers will be given MagSafe case and accessories for free.
Talking about the specifications, Oppo Find N6 has a 6.62 inch cover display and 8.12 inch inner folding display. Both are LTPO panels, which come with 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. The display brightness reaches 1800 nits and peaks at 3600 nits on the cover screen. It has a 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which supports 80W SuperVOOC wired and 50W AirVOOC wireless charging.
For performance, it has Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite chipset, with which LPDDR5X RAM (12GB/16GB) and UFS 4.1 storage (256GB/512GB/1TB) is available.
The biggest feature of this phone is its new Titanium Flexion Hinge design. According to the company, this hinge is wider and better than before, which reduces the crease on the screen during folding. With this, Zero-feel crease technology has been provided, which has been designed to keep the screen surface more smooth. Oppo says that this phone has received 6 lakh fold certification (TÜV Rhineland) and it has been tested for use up to 10 lakh fold in total.
Apart from this, the phone has been given IP56, IP58 and IP59 rating, due to which it has been designed to provide protection from dust and water.
Talking about camera, Oppo Find N6 has a 200 megapixel primary camera. Along with this, 50 megapixel ultra-wide camera and telephoto camera is also available. The phone has a new True Color sensor, which is designed to provide better color and white balance. For selfie, it has a 20 megapixel camera on both the screens.
