Xiaomi 18 Pro Max May Feature 200 Megapixel Camera with Better Capability, Vivo

Big camera upgrades can be found in the upcoming Xiaomi 18 series of Xiaomi, one of the big handset companies. Xiaomi 18 Pro Max of this series may have a dual 200-megapixel rear camera unit. These cameras may have advanced imaging features. Dual 200 megapixel cameras were also given in the recently launched Vivo X300 Ultra.

An article on China’s microblogging platform Weibo Post Tipster Digital Chat Station has reported that Xiaomi 18 Pro Max will have a 200-megapixel primary camera with a 1/1.28 inch sensor. This will help in capturing high-resolution images while reducing camera power usage. It can support next-generation LOFIC HDR 3.0, high frame gain, and ultra-high dynamic range. This smartphone may have a GP glass-plastic lens with optical coating. Xiaomi 18 Pro Max may get a telephoto camera with support for macro shots.

This information has been obtained from an engineering sample leaked earlier by this tipster. The upcoming series Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max may have a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. This engineering prototype can be provided with a 200 megapixel 1/1.3 OV52B camera or a 200 megapixel 1/1.12 inch OVB0D LOFIC camera. Apart from the base model, the Xiaomi 18 series may include Xiaomi 18 Pro and Xiaomi 18 Pro Max. Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series chipsets can be used in these smartphones. Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series may be introduced in September. After this, Xiaomi 18 series can be launched.

Xiaomi 18 can have Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 as its processor. This smart fone Periscope telephoto camera can be found in it. This will be an upgrade compared to Xiaomi 17. Telephoto camera is provided in this smartphone. Pro models of this series may have a secondary display in the rear. Introduced last year, the Xiaomi 17 features a 6.3-inch 1.5K OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of 3,500 nits. This smartphone has Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
