The JPMorgan finance executive director, Lorna Hajdini, has finally sued her ex-colleague, Chirayu Rana, for making false allegations against her. As per reports, Chirayu Rana accused Lorna Hajdini of forcing him to be her sex slave; these gruesome remarks left many in shock.
Lorna Hajdini sued Chirayu Rana for defaming her
On May 19, 2026, Lorna filed a case against Chirayu for filing a defamatory lawsuit against her. Her lawyer denied all the allegations levied against her by Chirayu and stated that her claim included defamation, defamation per se, intentional infliction of emotional distress, prima facie tort, and intentional interference with business relations. Further, in the new filing, Lorna claimed that her life has become “a daily living nightmare from which she has been unable to escape.”
Currently, Lorna is still working with JPMorgan, and the bank recognises her as a hard-working employee who performs at an exemplary level, but is finding it harder to focus her attention on her work. It is further revealed that Lorna is able to take public transport and is paying for private or shared-ride transportation to avoid media and other public situations.
A spokesperson of JPMorgan bank shared a statement with the New York Post. They stated that they fully support Lorna and her will to defend herself and her reputation amid the serious allegations which became public. They further clarified that the bank doesn’t believe in the allegations levied against her or that the firm has any merit. The statement can be read as:
“We fully support Lorna and her right to defend herself and protect her reputation. As we have said from the outset, we don’t believe the allegations against her or the firm have merit.”

In the filing, Lorna stated that she has been receiving mental health treatment to manage the emotional stress which has been caused by Chirayu Rana’s shocking allegations. Not only this, but there have been threats made to her and members of her family. She and her family have been mocked, ridiculed and harassed around the clock. There have been countless ‘jokes, memes and AI-generated images and videos of a persistently vile, degrading, and sexual nature.’

In the lawsuit filed by Chirayu Rana, he accused the 37-year-old executive director on JPMorgan’s finance team of abusing him. The allegations claimed that she had drugged him with substances such as Rohypnol and Viagra. He further claimed that she threatened him that if he failed to fulfil her demands, he won’t get the bonus. The case was first reported by The Daily Mail, and they quoted the court filing, which has been withdrawn for corrections.
He further stated that Lorna used her position to sexually harass him. The married banker added that she forced him into non-consensual and humiliating intimate acts over several months. However, on several occasions, he pleaded with her to stop. Not only this, the accuser further claimed that Lorna admitted that she drugged him on multiple occasions. Not only this, she berated him as he cried while she performed an intimate act on him against his will.
The accuser further claimed that the firm placed him on involuntary leave after reporting the issue. He went on to claim that Lorna has been harassing him since April 2024. However, the company has strongly denied all such claims. The bank’s spokesperson stated that they had done a thorough internal investigation by their HR team, and there was no evidence found against Lorna.
