To mark 75 years of motorsports,
Porsche is debuting a new campaign: “75 Years of Racing History.”
It is the first work between the legendary car brand and
its recently appointed agency of record, Lola USA. The 35-second spot celebrates its racing heritage, while asking: Can a dream become a legacy?
Lola USA reimagned Porsche iconic racing
posters — crafted by hand — and transformed them into a cinematic commercial.
The ad races through decades of poster art, stepping inside each frame to honor the dedication to
performance that defines the company. But rather than pure nostalgia, the agency sees Porsche committed to forward-motion.
“Racing History” runs globally across digital, social and
broadcast, supported by content extensions that explore Porsche’s motorsports accomplishments.

“This was a film made by fans, for Porsche fans. Telling 75 years of motorsport
in just 30 seconds meant we had to choose the posters fans would recognize instantly. And being true Porsche fans ourselves, we couldn’t resist throwing in a few Easter eggs you’ll only catch if you
pause the film,” Mussashi Shintaku, creative director at Lola USA, told Agency Daily.
“Porsche has always believed that how race cars are made matters just as much
as what they become. From the very first sketches to the final product, it’s a brand built by hand and obsessed with every detail. No shortcuts. No automation. Just the kind of care and
discipline that defines Porsche,” added Ayesha Coker, vice president, marketing, at Porsche Cars North America.
The company was founded in 1931 and responsible for the design of the
Volkswagen Beetle. However, the 356 is often considered the first Porsche, as it was the first model sold by the new company post-WWII. Volkswagen AG continues to hold the controlling stake in
Porsche AG.
According to Porsche, it delivered 279,449 cars to customers worldwide in 2025. Macan remains the best-selling model line with 84,328 cars delivered. The 911 sports car also
set a delivery record that year. North America remained the largest sales region for the brand with 86,229 deliveries.
