OnePlus Planning to Soon Launch Budget Smartphone Series in India

OnePlus, one of the big smartphone companies, recently launched OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite in India. This affordable smartphone has a 7,000 mAh battery. OnePlus plans to introduce a new series of affordable smartphones in the country. The first smartphone of OnePlus N series can be launched next month.

One on social media platform Post Tipster Yogesh Brar has claimed that OnePlus plans to launch a new series of affordable smartphones in India. The price of some smartphones of this series may be less than Rs 20,000. However, OnePlus has not confirmed this smartphone series. The company has a major share in the mid-range of smartphones in the country.

OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite, launched in India last month, is priced at Rs 20,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant, Rs 22,999 for the 8 GB + 128 GB variant and Rs 25,999 for the 8 GB + 256 GB variant. The smartphone features a 6.72-inch Full HD+ LCD display (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz, and a peak brightness level of 680 nits. It has Octacore MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex and ARM Mali-G615 GPU as its processor. The storage of this smartphone can be expanded up to 2 TB through microSD card. It runs on OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. This smart fone OnePlus Nord CE 6 was also brought along with it. This smartphone has a 6.78 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and Crystal Guard Glass protection.

The rear camera unit of OnePlus Nord CE 6 Lite sports a 50-megapixel Omnivision OV50D40 primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and EIS support, and a 2-megapixel monochrome camera. Its front has an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The 7,000 mAh battery of this smartphone supports 45 W SUPERVOOC fast charging and 10 W wired reverse charging. It has a fingerprint sensor on the side for security.
