The “Super Soccer” Roblox hub for FIFA is launching official events celebrating the 2026 World Cup and all 48 participating national teams, with playable experiences extended to five
additional games on the social gaming platform.
Created and maintained by virtual gaming company Gamefam, FIFA Super Soccer’s World Cup launch will now promote all 48 competing teams,
welcoming Roblox users to play as their national club in a newly developed digital World Cup-themed stadium decorated in flags, while official FIFA sponsors will be showcased on the field’s
ad-boards.
In line with major social-media platforms like TikTok, which have partnered with FIFA and a host of creators focused on promoting content related
to the tournament, FIFA’s Roblox game will feature live score updates and standings updates from the real-world World Cup games.

Along with match-play, players can expect quests, and exclusive
player rewards designed to connect players to a six-game crossover.
The FIFA World Cup event will extend to six of Gamefam’s Roblox experiences including simulation, racing, obstacle
course (obby) and social roleplay games, which all regularly attract a cumulative 28 million gameplay sessions per week.
Alone, FIFA Super Soccer has accumulated
over 1.1 billion visits and averages 1.5 million daily gameplay sessions on Roblox, according to Gamefam.
In March, the U.S. Men’s National Team announced a weeklong run alongside a Nike-sponsored merchandise release within the
game.
In June 2025, when Gamefam integrated FIFA’s Club World Cup
tournament into Super Soccer, CEO of Gamefam Ricardo Briceno announced that the international soccer federation planned on continuing to the work with the Roblox gaming developer on “a broader
vision…where leagues, clubs, tournaments, member associations and brands come together” in new ways.
The World Cup launch event, which will run through the end of July, is
capitalizing on Briceno’s vision.
