Television actor, Shoaib Ibrahim and his entire family are currently going through the most difficult phase of their lives. Since the past few months, Shoaib Ibrahim’s wife, Dipika has undergone multiple surgeries due to serious health issues. Now, a few days ago, Shoaib’s father suffered a brain haemorrhage. Well now, Shoaib’s sister, Saba, who is also a social media content creator, shared his health update on her Instagram account.
Shoaib Ibrahim’s sister shares their father’s health update
A few hours ago, Shoaib Ibrahim’s sister, Saba took to her Instagram Story to share an update on their father’s health. For those who do not know, a few days ago, Saba’s father as well as her father-in-law got hospitalised due to serious health issues. Saba’s father-in-law had a brain stroke. In the recently shared health update, Saba revealed that both her father and father-in-law are better now. She also requested the fans to continue praying for them. Her note can be read as:
“Hi Assalamoalaikum friends Kaise ho aap sab? Umeed karti hu aap sabke gharpe sab theek hoga. Aap sabke duaon se papa pehlese thoda behtar hue hain.. Lekin abhi bhi duaaon kizarurat hai papa ke liye bhabhi ke liye..Aur mere father in law ab theek hain Alhamdulillah.”
When Shoaib Ibrahim spoke about his father’s health
Recently, Shoaib Ibrahim spoke about his father and his health in the latest YouTube vlog. During the same, he revealed that his father got admitted a few days ago; however, his surgery got delayed as he was on blood thinners. Later, after his surgery, he started responding. He also addressed the health issues that his entire family is going through and stated, ‘I couldn’t understand what was happening and felt overwhelmed.’ Sharing the health update, Shoaib explained:
“I brought my father to the hospital last Sunday. After that, his surgery was delayed for 3-4 days because he was on blood thinners. Finally, he underwent surgery on Wednesday, and it went well. Since then, he has started responding. Earlier, he wasn’t reacting to anything at all. His heart rate is now under control. Since he had been under anaesthesia for several days, it caused some gas buildup in his intestines, but that has also improved today.”

For those who do not know, Shoaib’s father first suffered a brain stroke in 2021. Post that, Shoaib’s father shifted with his son and the actress, Dipika Kakar. It is worth mentioning that after the brain stroke, the actor revealed that his father’s left side was partially paralysed due to a clot in the brain. The recent health scare has raised several concerns among fans.
Dipika Kakar’s health issues
The past year has been extremely difficult for Dipika Kakar and the entire family. Her health issues began after Dipika started facing stomach pain and issues related to digestive issues, acidity and more. In 2025, the actress revealed that she was diagnosed with Stage 2 liver cancer. Following this, she underwent a surgery that lasted for nearly 14 hours. Eventually, Dipika started to recover and often spoke about her health issues.
While everything seemed to calm down, Dipika Kakar faced another health scare in early 2026, when she revealed that doctors had discovered another 13-mm cyst in her liver. For the removal of it, she went through a surgery in February 2026. Since then, Dipika regularly goes to the doctor for monitoring. In April 2026, Dipika opened up about the surgery in a YouTube vlog and stated:
“As such koi reason nahi he, matlab main agar honestly aapko bolu toh mere jo ye reoccurence hua hain… woh chota cyst jo 1.3 cm ka aya hain, uske baad main thodi hil gayi hoon. It has shaken me, main thoda sa ghabra gayi hoon ki aisa kyu hua.”
