Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra May Get 12 Megapixel Front Camera, 5,000mAh Battery

The new series of South Korean smartphone maker Samsung will be launched soon. The Samsung Galaxy S26 series may include three models. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra of this series can be provided with a 12-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. It will replace the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that was introduced last year.

One on social media platform Post Tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) has revealed in a post that the upcoming smartphone will have a 12-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture and 85 degree field-of-view. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra also had a 12-megapixel front camera. Quad rear camera unit can be given in Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. It may include a 200-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto camera with OIS. This smartphone may have a 6.9 inch (1,400 x 3,120 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Corning Gorilla Armor 2 protection can be available for its display. Octacore Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 can be given as processor in Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. This smartphone can have up to 16 GB RAM and up to 1 TB storage. Six color options can be given for Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra – White, Sky Blue, Cobalt Violet, Pink Gold, Silver Shadow and Black.

The upcoming smartphone may pack a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 60 W wired fast charging. Recently, the same tipster had claimed that Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will not have a built-in magnet. A magnetic case can be found in this smartphone for Qi2 wireless charging. Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may have support for 25 W wireless fast charging. Samsung’s Qi2 accessories have also been spotted online in the past few weeks.
